Adult Classes<\/h1>\n

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced painter, this class is for you.\u00a0 Even if you\u2019ve never picked up a paint brush before, you just need willingness, patience, and trust in the process. <\/o:p>As long as you enjoy the craft and\u00a0<\/o:p>the work you put into it, you\u2019ll have fun. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Our job is to arm you with the tools necessary to unleash your creative potential.\u00a0<\/o:p>You will learn how to paint with oils in a step-by-step process\u00a0<\/o:p>and master techniques as you go along. My classes begin with brush care, color mixing, preparing a canvas, underpainting, shading and blending techniques, paint application, pallet knife painting, glazing, wet-on-wet (alla prima), and clean-up. In addition to painting, I will guide you in basic correct line drawing with grids, geometric forms, and transfer techniques. Depending on your abilities, the program may include painting still-life, animals, landscapes and reproducing other paintings and pictures from a reference book of painted images. Learning these skills is a delightful and insightful experience, especially for aspiring artists seeking independence and confidence in their craft.<\/p>\n
